Team managers, please complete the apparel order form and e-mail the completed form to
U16AA2024Provincials@gmail.com. Funds can be e-transferred to
U16AAProvincialstreasurer@gmail.com. Apparel orders will not be placed until payment is received in full. Please be sure to include all players, staff, family and friends on your team order.
The deadline to submit team orders is March 13th, 2024. All apparel will be at the arena upon arrival. Any additional orders after the pre-order deadline will be shipped directly.
